Factors to consider while choosing the right location for your home

Choosing the location of your new house is the most important aspect above all, here are some basic rules to consider while choosing “Where” you’d want to live your happily ever after.

Geographical Features of you location;

This aspect is rather very individualistic in nature; it calls for the priorities you wish to set for your living ways, things like,

·        value for money prices of houses

·         Climate

·         Work or business prospect

·         Clean water, air & land

·         Landscapes viz mountain, plains, riverside, beach etc.

The village, the town, the city or the suburbs

This factor depends upon your life style,

·         If you spend a good time at home or you’re mostly out.

·         If you like to buy vegetables or like growing them in your garden.

·         If you need that quick bite to eat or you’re a vigorous cook.

·         If you don’t mind the drive or you’re comfy with the local train, bus, taxi. Etc

·         Proximity distances from the house viz school, work, shopping malls/stores, medical and health care facilities etc. This is where you can have options of spending money to have fun or saving money, having your kinda fun; being home far away from unwanted purchases.

Neighborhood

Research your neighborhood, google them out if you have to, but it’s always at your best interest to know who you are going to be living with for a long long time. Peeping Toms can be tamed but psycho killers are always too sneaky. Huge walls may or may not do the job but good neighbors do also come in all colors.

Safety

From all the things that can harm, flood, landslides, earthquake, cyclones and others that include the dangerous nature of a man and not just of the mothernature, get a house that can protect you in every possible way.

Stay close to Friends and Family

It’s not just about you needing help it’s also about them needing you, so give your house the happiness of being close to people who’ve grown together with you, who feel safe with you and vice versa.  

Day&Night Life

You may be a dweller of the dawn or a seeker of the dusk but you ought to know which part of the light you seem to prefer when it comes to choosing you house. A busy and crowded surroundings could be a nightmare for one’s familiar with that term ‘graveyard shift’, or a party-holics and heavy metal band members could be a nightmare for one’s familiar with the phrase ‘early to bed and early…” yah you got it.  

Be that neighbor with a smile on your face.

Everybody smiles, and mark these words but “a smile is your best social health plan above all”. With everything at place if that one aspect is absent, then you become those neighbors “Who never smile” so no one goes to “THAT HOUSE”.
